—digital patterns based in part on your appearance and voice. These templates help you find and manage where your appearance is used in content, data, and software, even when you're not specifically named or tagged.
Eligibility Requirements
This option is only available to people who meet certain requirements based on location, age (must meet local age of consent, or have parental/guardian consent if younger), or other local regulations.
How We Use Your Data
If you opt in, we may collect:
Photos, illustrations, videos, audio clips, or any other digital media that includes you ("content")
Limited technical data like your IP address or device type
Account Protection
Verify your identity
Protect your account and other accounts from unauthorized access

Detect whether your appearance and voice appears in content, data, and software
Apply your preferences about how your name, image, or appearance can be used
Allow you to assign someone else to manage this system for you

Improve the safety, security, fairness, performance, and effectiveness of our system
Allow audits of our privacy, security, and AI practices (without sharing your biometric templates)
Your Data & Privacy Guarantees
We secure your biometric templates from people and systems that don't need access, whether inside or outside our company.
We do not sell, lease, or voluntarily share your biometric templates with anyone.

We may use secure service providers for technical storage and processing
📋 Limited Sharing
We may share information about content that contains your appearance and voice, and your related preferences, with companies we work with to provide this service
⏰ Data Retention
We may retain your biometric templates as long as you have an account and remain opted in, but no longer than 3 years from your most recent opt-in
🗑️ Data Deletion
We will promptly delete your biometric templates anytime you ask by opting out or deleting your account, unless the law requires us to keep them longer
Your Rights
You're Not Signing Away Your Rights:
While you're giving WEIR p.b.c. permission to process your biometric data, this doesn't grant us ownership or IP rights to your name, image, likeness, or creative work.

You can decline any opportunity, partnership, or usage of your identity at any time. Your participation is always voluntary.

Request deletion of your biometric data anytime, and we'll promptly remove it from our systems.

When you earn money through approved partnerships, you receive at least 51% of all licensing revenue.

You have complete control over whether and how your biometric data is used. Choose the option that's right for you:
